Try Our New Classes

Join us on Sat­ur­day, August 4, 2012 for our Open House where we will be intro­duc­ing four addi­tional classes to our schedule.

 

Pilox­ing — Pilox­ing com­bines Pilates and Kick Box­ing ele­ments to cre­ate a fast paced, mus­cle ton­ing, fat burn­ing, and heart pump­ing work­out which is designed to pro­duce long lean mus­cle mass.

Power Sculpt - Power Sculpt is a Vinyasa Flow with small hand weights. It is designed to cre­ate toned arms, toned legs and long lean mus­cles. The class will be done in the heated room.

Ket­tle­bells - Classes are done with 10 pound weights and with high rep­e­ti­tion. Classes are closely guided, focus­ing on form and technique.

Bikini Bot­tom — A class ded­i­cated just to the glutes. Expect to get that toned, round butt, you’ve been dream­ing of. I hope you like compliments!
