What Do I Bring?

For Hot Pilates — Please bring 3 things

1) a Yoga Mat

2) a Towel

3) and Water

We rent yoga mats (for $2) in case you need one. We also sell water for $2 (one liter).

TRX — Please bring ten­nis shoes, Yoga Mat, a towel, and water.
