Although it’s a fun workout, our lessons build confidence and teach self-acceptance. Sensual movements and dance help to build strength, flexibility, balance, coordination and burn calories in a fun, sexy way!
Lap Dance teaches sensual dance techniques to women of all ages, shapes and sizes. Let us help guide you through learning these routines in a safe and encouraging environment.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- Learn a choreographed routine designed for your partner at home, this is NOT strip club lap dancing.
- The routines will last 4–6 weeks depending on how quickly everyone learns, if you start in the middle of the routine don’t worry we will catch you up.
- Leave class feeling confident and reminded of how sexy you really are, and we ALL are!
- There is never any nudity. The classes teach you sexy moves for your man at home. We encourage you to dress in layers for learning the strip tease portions of the routines.
- We welcome all women over 18 — any size, shape or fitness level. These routines can be modified to fit the level of each person attending. However, if you have medical restrictions, please always check with a doctor before attending.
WHAT TO BRING:
- Dress in comfortable layers for learning the strip tease portion.
- If you have bad knees consider bringing knee pads, yes we will be on the floor.
- A friend; having someone you are comfortable with in class with you is always a good idea.
We encourage our students to get involved, after all this is YOUR class. If you have any movements you have seen on TV or in videos that you would like to learn please let us know. We will do our best to incorporate them into a future routine.
We are always looking for sexy songs to create routines for if you have a song that you have always wanted to dance to let us know. Please understand we can’t guarantee every ones song will get used.
