Piloxing — Piloxing combines Pilates and Kick Boxing elements to create a fast paced, muscle toning, fat burning, and heart pumping workout which is designed to produce long lean muscle mass.
Power Sculpt - Power Sculpt is a Vinyasa Flow with small hand weights. It is designed to create toned arms, toned legs and long lean muscles. The class will be done in the heated room.
Kettlebells - Classes are done with 10 pound weights and with high repetition. Classes are closely guided, focusing on form and technique.
Bikini Bottom — A class dedicated just to the glutes. Expect to get that toned, round butt, you’ve been dreaming of. I hope you like compliments!

I just came off the Master Cleanse a few days ago and I feel clean as a whistle! I made myself a protein shake that was delicious! Yumm! I wanted to share it with you! Here is the recipe.
MORNING PROTEIN SHAKE
1/2 cup water
1 tbs agave
1 tbs spirulina
1 tbs chia
1 serving Sunwarrior Protein
1 tbs raw cacao
1 banana
1 handful a spinach

Hi Everyone!
A lot has been going on at Inferno Pilates! We have made some improvements, we have added new classes, and we are having fun along the way!
NEW HOT ROOM! YES YES YES.… We heard your feedback that we needed to get the Big Room much hotter. Well, we made this our #1 priority and spent the last 2 weeks putting the pieces in place to create the best Hot Room in Las Vegas. You will be pleased to find that Hot-Pilates is back in full force with temperatures up to 100F. Be prepared to work hard, sweat, and feel great.
LAP DANCE CLASS — You always wanted to learn, but you weren’t sure how.… Well on starting Thursday nights, you will get your chance. We are grateful to have Denielle Lucas, of Pole Katz Women’s Fitness, to teach the basics of Lap Dancing. With only a few simple moves, you will be able to flip your man’s switch (oops! that didn’t come out right!) Caution — you may improve your relationship and have a great night you will never forget!
TRX is a Success! We would like to thank everyone who made our first TRX classes last week a huge success. Yesterday, we had way more people than TRX stations so expect us to add a few more evening classes, especially now that the Hot Room is up and running. If you plan on taking a TRX class, please sign up online to reserve a spot. I’m truly grateful for everyone’s support and enthusiasm since the Grand Opening. Making a difference is extremely important to me and I hope I can make a difference in your lives as you have done mine. Be on the look out for Charity Sundays. My intention is to dedicate the last Sunday of the month to a cause or charity that is important to our students and community. I plan to open up the studio for Hot Pilates classes for the community and through donations we can help support an important cause. Stay tuned, more details will be on the way.
