You know I’m not a “Betty Crocker”. I always look for some­thing tasty, healthy and easy to prepare.

 

So, I would like to start with the RAW BROWNIES:

It’s a won­der­ful, healthy treat.

Ingre­di­ents:

1 cup dates

1 cup walnuts

1/4 cup  raw cacao pow­der (but if you have bak­ing cocoa that would do it)

A lit­tle coconut milk if its too dry.

Put it in the food proces­sor, and tadaaaaa…

Press it to the bot­tom of a small pan. If the “bat­ter is not enough just dou­ble up the portions).

 

Today I made some PALEO BANANA BREAD…yum­mmm

Ingre­di­ents:

3 ripe bananas

3 eggs

1 tbs vanilla extract

1 tbs agave nectar

1/4 cup coconut oil

2 cups of almond meal

1/2 tsp celtic sea salt

1 tsp bak­ing soda (if you have bak­ing pow­der that works too)

Put all these in the food proces­sor, then pour it in the pan and put it in the oven for 55 min­utes on 350 degrees.

 

 

NO-BAKE ENERGY BITES



Ingre­di­ents:

1 cup
oatmeal

½ Cup peanut but­ter (or other nut butter)

⅓ Cup of honey

1 Cup coconut flakes

½ Cup ground flaxseed

½ Cup mini choco­late chips

1 tsp. vanilla

Mix every­thing above in a medium bowl until thor­oughly incor­po­rated, roll into balls and enjoy!

 

 

 

CHIA SEED PUDDING

Ingre­di­ents:

1 cup of chia seed

3 cups of almond or coconut milk

½ cup agave nectar

¼ cup raw cacao or bak­ing cocoa

Put every­thing in a blender. Then put in the fridge overnight. Add straw­ber­ries if you would like.

 

ALMOND BUTTER BITES



Ingre­di­ents:

1 Jar of organic almond butter

½ Cup of raw cocoa (unsweetened)

½ Cup honey or agave

½ Coconut flakes (have extra to roll the balls in)

Mix every­thing together, roll into balls, and then into coconut flakes (you can add some brown sugar to the coconut)

*For extra sweet­ness you can add cut dates into the mixture.

 

 

WHITE ALMOND MEAL CALLS

Ingre­di­ents:

1 Cup almond meal

½ Cup coconut flakes

⅓ Cup honey or agave

½ Cup white choco­late chips

1tsp. almond extract

Mix it all together, roll into balls. Let Chill.

 

 

GRAIN-FREE BISCUITS WITH HAM AND EGGS

Yield: 4 break­fast sandwiches

Ingre­di­ents:

1 cup almond flour

4 egg whites

1/3 cup coconut oil

1 t bak­ing powder

1/2 t salt

4 eggs, fried

4 slices of Ham (optional)

For The Grain-Free Bis­cuits:
In the food proces­sor com­bine the coconut oil and almond flour until you have lit­tle bro­ken up. Add the egg whites, salt, and bak­ing pow­der. Mix to com­bine. Scoop the bat­ter into 4 even por­tions and place onto a greased or silicone-lined bak­ing sheet. Bake at 350F for about 20 min­utes, until slightly golden.
