You know I’m not a “Betty Crocker”. I always look for something tasty, healthy and easy to prepare.
So, I would like to start with the RAW BROWNIES:
It’s a wonderful, healthy treat.

1 cup walnuts
1/4 cup raw cacao powder (but if you have baking cocoa that would do it)
A little coconut milk if its too dry.
Put it in the food processor, and tadaaaaa…
Press it to the bottom of a small pan. If the “batter is not enough just double up the portions).
Today I made some PALEO BANANA BREAD…yummmm
3 ripe bananas
1 tbs vanilla extract
1 tbs agave nectar
1/4 cup coconut oil
2 cups of almond meal
1/2 tsp celtic sea salt
1 tsp baking soda (if you have baking powder that works too)
Put all these in the food processor, then pour it in the pan and put it in the oven for 55 minutes on 350 degrees.
