Zucchini “pasta” with Raw Marinara Sauce

Chef Sharynne’s ZUCCHINIPASTAWITH RAW MARINARA SAUCE

Ingre­di­ents:

“Pasta”:

1 Zuc­chini (straight one)

Make zuc­chini spi­rals with the “pasta” maker.

 

Sauce:

3 medium tomatoes

12 sun­dried toma­toes (in oil)

1 clove of garlic

2 tbsp parsley

¼ cup raisins

1/8 chili powder

1 tbsp  Oregano

¼ cup of Basil

Pinch of Sea Salt

Mix the all this in your high power mixer. (Vita­mix, Ninja,Mon­tel Williams). Gar­nish it with Basil. Enjoy!
