What is TRX Sus­pen­sion Trainer?

Born in the U.S. Navy Seals and devel­oped by Fit­ness Any­where®, Sus­pen­sion Train­ing® is a rev­o­lu­tion­ary method of lever­aged body­weight exer­cise. When work­ing with the TRX Sus­pen­sion Trainer™, you’re in con­trol. The ver­sa­til­ity of TRX® allows for hun­dreds of func­tional exer­cises to be com­bined to cre­ate unique and chal­leng­ing train­ing pro­grams that meet the goals of all clients, from novice to pro­fes­sional athlete.

Safely per­form a wide array of exer­cises that build power, strength, flex­i­bil­ity, bal­ance, mobil­ity, and pre­vent injuries, all at the inten­sity you choose.
